"We have been using Steve and his awesome team at Ardent Building Developments since 2008 when we undertook massive renovations on our family home in central Hamilton. More recently, we engaged them to build our new home out in the country. We were impressed at the way it was project managed, professionally constructed to ensure a high quality finish.
What made this even more amazing was the build occurred during the height of Covid lockdowns and when supply of materials were difficult. We couldn’t have asked for more. They provided the complete package, which meant we didn’t have to worry about the details. It was also completed on time and within budget.

"The Ardent Building crew built our house in 2019/2020. The build took around 4 months from start to finish. It was the most organised operation we have ever seen take place.
As soon as the job started it just ran like clockwork with builders/contractors coming in and getting each job done in efficient time, as well as the best quality work! They were really tidy as they worked, cleaning up after each day, and showing us photos of the progress where needed.
The communication each step of the way was really clear and precise. We always felt informed and a big part of the build. The staff were all well presented, friendly, and very respectful and polite.
