Our Process

We can take care of the whole building process for you – finding a section, designing your dream home, liaising with council, building your house, and adding the finishing touches. We organise the whole job so that you can relax and enjoy the process.

Step 1 – Design

Our architect works with you to bring your ideas to life. We will work alongside you to design your new home. Concept drawings (floor plan and elevations) will be drawn up to your specifications. We won’t move on to the next stage until you are 100% happy with the plans. There is a cost from the architect for this service.

Step 2 – Pricing/Quoting

Working from your concept drawings, we will provide you with a full quote. We will put together a comprehensive pricing package outlining in detail exactly what is included in our build price. We will include council permit costs in our quote unless specified otherwise. Our quoting service is free.

Step 3 – The Contract

Once you have accepted our quote, we will provide you with a Master Builders full build contract. Upon signing the contract, we can get the ball rolling on your build. We can also submit a Registered Master Builders guarantee application if you choose this option.

Step 4 – Plans and Consents

The next step is for our architect to produce a full set of working drawings and submit them to council on your behalf.

Step 5 – The Build

Finally – it’s time to get building! With plans approved and consent given, we can get your house underway. You will be provided with a timeline of your build – including a start date and an expected finish date, along with everything that comes in between. We create a personalised messaging group to allow for constant communications and easily accessible photo updates.  Cloud storage access is also provided to view plans and details throughout the process of the build.

Step 6 – Pack Your Bags

Moving day! We will enjoy hearing about how you have settled in to your new home and how great it is. We may visit in the future to take a few photos for our website.
